Draw a nice warm bath to the depth you enjoy. We always recommend giving your bath a quick clean before doing so, especially if you use it to shower.

with the taps off gently place the bath bomb into the water & enjoy the effect & aroma whilst it bubbles / fizz away. Once the fizzing stops you can enter the bath. We recommend never holding on to a bath bomb or bath product within water as this can lead to temporary skin staining.

This magical product will fill your shower with its aroma. place near the plug or drain (not on it) and it will slowly dissolve throughout your shower. We recommend once in use or wet that you allow the product to finish. Never hold on to this product when wet as it may lead to temporary skin staining.

We are both! The Soap Galley at Boston Soap is our dedicated purpose built cosmetic kitchen. The only thing produced in this kitchen is cosmetics.

Alongside the strict cosmetic testing our products are subjected to by a chartered chemist. We believe that the hygiene of the manufactured goods is also a key element. This is the only way to protect each batch from cross contamination. something that can't be achieved by smaller DIY makers.


We dispatch Monday to Friday with the cut off time around 3pm depending on the delivery service selected. If you have selected next day delivery this is normally sent via DPD. We recommend checking your Email spam box because sometimes the delivery details can get caught up in your spam filter.

Absolutely! just select store pick up and we will get it ready for you. this normally takes around 10 minutes from placing the order, however during busy time this maybe a little longer.

Alternatively you can also request local drop off within 5 miles of the store.

We use DPD for next day and parcel force or Hermes depending on the products ordered for anything else.


We always want you to get the best out of your purchase and understand sometimes you change your mind. All we ask is any return is sent back to us in the same condition as your received it, with all labels and seals in place and can be sold again.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any naked product returns.

We are as disappointed as you are when it comes to damages We always try to ensure they are really well packed.. Please drop us an email or message on our social media with a photo of how you received your item(s). Our standard policy is to offer store credit or a replacement item after inspection.
